Reflection

Experience
I get the impression that my time spent working in Publishing Design was pretty beneficial. Because of the way the book was laid up, I had a pretty good idea that I would be taking it even before I started the actual module. When it comes to illustrating things, I am notoriously sluggish, and the process of illustrating in general gives me the willies. When I found out that we had to complete so many graphics in such a short period of time, I became quite curious as to whether or not I would be able to complete this module. The course was really busy, particularly at the beginning when all of the exercises and projects were going on at the same time. Despite this, I feel like I've picked up a lot of useful information from the programme. I feel like I have a somewhat deeper comprehension of the material that was presented in class. Even though there are still a lot of areas in which I can grow, I'm pleased that I gave each and every work the very best effort that I could despite the fact that there are a lot of ways in which I can become better. With the assistance of both this module and the others, I believe that my skill sets for Adobe software have grown a little bit more throughout the course of this semester. In general, I am quite pleased with everything that is included in this module.

Observation
When everything was said and done, the layout and grid system ended up being the single most critical component in deciding the overall aesthetic of your design. It is acceptable for a design to sometimes have white space due to the fact that doing so offers the design room to breathe as well as a contrast for the design. In addition, having access to photographs of high quality may be of great assistance in raising the general quality as well as the relevance of your design.

Finding
When the semester came to a close, I had the impression that my design abilities truly required significant development in order for me to keep up with everything. The amount of work I had to do this semester was nearly too much for me to handle. In the end, I haven't adjusted to the rapid speed of the courses, but I'm certain that things will slow down over the next semester, and I'm already excited to move on. At the same time, I believed that it was really important to have other people critique my work. I like the fact that some of my close friends aren't afraid to tell me what they like and don't like about the things I create. Either it assists me in recognising areas in which I need to concentrate my efforts and make changes, or it inspires me to keep continuing with what I'm doing. I usually spend a lot of time searching for the perfect typeface and enjoying the process of coming up with ideas when I'm making anything from scratch. These activities consume a significant amount of my time, and I know I need to do something about it, but I'm not sure what that something should be. In addition, when I consider all the work I've done for prior semesters in addition to this one, I realise that I have no business beginning my work in the middle of the night. I have no idea what I'm doing. I should start my work in the morning. What I'm writing is completely beyond my comprehension. There are several instances of grammatical mistakes.
