Today, Mr Vinod explained to us about Task 2. When he explains task 2, Mr Vinod and Dr Charles marking our Exercise 1& 2, then we going to watch the youtube video about task 2 and do corrections our Exercise 1&2.

TASK 2 - TYPOGRAPHIC EXPLORATION & COMMUNICATE

In this project, we need to express the content in print in the links provided in the 2-page editorial spread. We do not allow images and colors. We must use the knowledge gained in the previous exercises. We will use Adobe InDesign to compose and express the text in a format of 200 x 200 per page. We need to use Adobe Illustrator to create the title expression, and then we can only use the 10 fonts given by Mr Vinod. Later, Mr Vinod said that he provided three texts on Facebook for us to use.

This is the second layout I sketch out, I use the word code to make it a symbol a code & I arrange the word to left-right.

Final I use layout #2 for doing my final outcome

FEEDBACK

Mr Vinod say my body text is too far need to arrange better and also Mr Vinod say that my body text cannot be put in the middle because my mission is to make a book. The heading not working.

REFLECTION

Experience

To be honest, by the sixth week, I have gradually become familiar with this subject. I also started to calm down more slowly than before, and I learned a lot of InDesign and various designs in this practice.

Observation

In my observations, I have observed that when I do something, I learn to be very focused. I can use and retain information more effectively. I have also observed that my sketches are not perfect.

Finding

I find that my homework still needs improvement because I cannot effectively convey my thoughts or ideas.

I have to work harder to record my progress, otherwise, I will lose points, but more importantly, my record and the narrative of my process will be hindered.
