As a result of these workshops, my understanding and grasp extends beyond financial management, leadership, professional networking, generative AI and digital transformation. Financial Management and Investment Strategies by Ms. Shandy, Maybank Ms. Shandy’s workshop covered the basics of investment and saving. She emphasized the need to save money for investments and savings, budgeting one’s expenses, living within one’s means as well as always keeping checks on one’s finances. Understanding the differences between investing and saving together with the benefits of starting early were critical lessons learnt there-in.
